SHIPPING POLICY & REFUNDS

The following policies outline important information regarding our shipping and refunds. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.

As all of our pieces are handmade, we encourage you to review these policies carefully before making a purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING

We only offer shipping within Singapore.

  • In-Stock Items: Items that are in-stock will be shipped out within 2 weeks.

  • Pre-order Items: Pre-order items are expected to be shipped out within 4-5 weeks.

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. An email will be sent out if there is a delay in the shipment of the order.

  • Once shipped, an email will be sent out with the tracking information.

SHIPPING COSTS

Local tracked delivery: $3.50 SGD

For orders over $70, we offer free shipping. Please use the coupon to claim free shipping.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Order changes will not be accepted once orders have been made. 

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at miin.lots@gmail.com with your name and order number within 2 days. 

Please note that once your order is shipped, we will not be responsible.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout.

 

To request a change in address, please contact us immediately at miin.lots@gmail.com with your name and order number within 2 days.

REFUNDS

We do not accept returns/exchanges. MIIN.LOTS is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your item in a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier.

If you receive a broken or defective item, an item is missing, or you have received the wrong item please contact  miin.lots@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it, if applicable. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). 
 

We will review your request. If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, you may choose to receive:

  • A replacement of the affected item inclusive of shipping.

  • A full refund for the affected item inclusive of shipping. The buyer will receive their refund via PayNow/PayLah! in 5 working days.
