All products are handmade with care, hence slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and finish may occur.

REPAIRING ITEMS

We offer repairs on our items! All items have a 1 year warranty, where you can get free repairs.

After the 1 year warranty, the following repair charges will apply:

Bracelets and Keychains: $7.50 SGD

Necklaces: $12.50 SGD
Earrings: $12.50 SGD

Please take note that shipping costs are NOT inclusive in the repairs. Hence, you still must borne the shipping cost of the broken items to us. We will pay for the shipping back to you. Please send an email along with a picture of the item to be repaired to miin.lots@gmail.com for repairs.

Else, you can find us at events that MIIN.LOTS will boothing/vendoring at to repair items. Please do message @miin.lots on Instagram a few days before the event if you plan to do so, so that we can confirm if it is possible to repair on the spot and bring the necessary materials for it.
