PRODUCT INFO

All products are handmade with care, hence slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and finish may occur.

REPAIRING ITEMS

We offer repairs on our items! All items have a ONE year warranty, where you can get free repairs.

After the one year warranty, the following repair charges will apply:

Bracelets and Keychains: $7.50 SGD

Necklaces: $12.50 SGD
Earrings: $12.50 SGD

Our repair service fee covers the labour required to repair your piece, replacement of components where necessary, and return shipping back to you.

However, you still must borne the shipping cost of the broken items to us. Please send an email along with a picture of the item to be repaired to miin.lots@gmail.com for repairs.

Else, you can find us at events that MIIN.LOTS will boothing/vendoring at to repair items. The following repair charges will still apply.

Please do message @miin.lots on Instagram a few days before the event if you plan to do so, so that we can confirm if it is possible to repair on the spot and bring the necessary materials for it.
